Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micro Industries 70075-0003E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Minarik-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A1S72QLP25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RG510UA manufactured by Minarik-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Minarik-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1S71QC24 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mikroprecision Brand PZ06SCSF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microe-Systems such as 52000790 equipment made by Microe-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microe-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microe-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MM8550 made by Micro-Memory as well as the popular TSW original spares produced by Mikro-Precision

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 038158101 by Mitsubishi and 52000790 spares by Microe-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A1SY22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
